The vendor has resolved the issue. Users may need to clear their DNS cache if they are still experiencing problems.

IS&T is aware of users unable to connect to the Remote Access VPN (Prisma Access / GlobalProtect). The issue has been identified as a problem with the VPN service provider. They are currently investigating and working on a solution. -
