IS&T is aware of users unable to connect to the Remote Access VPN (Prisma Access / GlobalProtect). The issue has been identified as a problem with the VPN service provider. They are currently investigating and working on a solution. - https://status.paloaltonetworks.com/incidents/ygyp8njl5t24
