The vendor has now rolled back their changes, and the MIT Remote Access VPN is available again.
Users may need to do one or both of the following to re-initialize GlobalProtect: - Fully sign-out [GlobalProtect --> Menu --> Settings --> General --> Sign Out] - Refresh Connection [GlobalProtect --> Menu --> Refresh Connection]

The vendor has identified an issue with their recent upgrade of the Prisma Access service and is planning to roll back the changes for all customer instances that they upgraded this weekend.

IS&T is aware of users experiencing problems establishing a session to the Prisma Access (GlobalProtect) VPN after authentication. We are investigating this issue with the vendor and will provide additional information as we learn more.
