“At 12:30pm, a change was put into effect that caused some Exchange 2013 email users to experience a mailbox quota decrease. IS&T corrected the underlying issue and believes the problem to be resolved. If you are still experiencing an issue with your quota, please contact servicedesk@mit.edu.”
