Emails are once again correctly generating support tickets in the ServiceNow ticketing system. IS&T and the vendor will continue to investigate the issue and to monitor performance.

IS&T is aware of delays in the creation of support tickets generated by email sent to our ServiceNow ticketing system. IS&T and the vendor are investigating. Community members in need of more immediate technical help can call the IS&T Service Desk at 617-253-1101.
