Monitoring
Due to an unexpected configuration issue encountered during this evening's campus firewall upgrade, users attempting to connect to SAP via SAPGUI from devices on MITnet with private IP addresses (10.x.x.x) were unable to connect. This issue was reported shortly before 8pm and was resolved shortly after 9:30pm. IS&T continues to monitor the situation to ensure the problem is fully resolved.
