We are monitoring the situation.

Microsoft has informed us that the following KB article now applies to Windows 10 build 1709, but they did not have a Windows 10 specific article for us to reference at this time:

"There is an issue with Windows and third-party software that is related to a missing file (oem.inf). Because of this issue, after you apply this update, the network interface controller will stop working."
