Monitoring
The issue with the OpenText service has been identified and a fix has been applied. IS&T and SAP will continue to monitor the service.

Investigating
The OpenText document attachment storage and retrieval service is currently experiencing an unplanned outage. IS&T is working with SAP support to troubleshoot the issue and bring the service back into operation.
