IS&T has migrated the majority of MIT VoIP telephone accounts to the Zoom platform and is working directly with remaining users to complete the migration. If you are having issues with your MIT telephone account, contact the IS&T Service Desk.

Our VoIP cloud provider has identified an issue preventing people from accessing their accounts on the BroadSoft portal. A ticket has been opened with the vendor and more information will be provided once available.
