Scheduled - The IP addresses of the IS&T DNS server hosts have changed:

OLD ==> NEW
18.70.0.160 ==> 18.0.70.160
18.71.0.151 ==> 18.0.71.151
18.72.0.3 ==> 18.0.72.3

Any device configured using the IS&T DHCP servers (e.g. wireless devices, most wired devices on the standard building subnets) will automatically be updated to reflect this change.

*** For devices that are configured statically, device owners will need to manually update the device’s configured DNS nameservers to use the new IP addresses. The new IP addresses are functioning today and are already responding to DNS queries. The old IP addresses will be retired as the community completes the migration to the new IP addresses over the coming weeks.

Identified - Code42 Crashplan is experiencing a known issue with restore functionality. Restores attempted from a device or the web console may fail. As a workaround, users are advised to attempt to break the restore down into smaller pieces. Code42 is investigating the issue.

After yesterday's change to the new caller ID number for phone call authentications, we have observed issues with calls to U.S. devices being blocked by several carriers.

We have reached out to our telephony providers to whitelist the new numbers. We have also added more numbers from which the phone call authentication can originate.
