Investigating - IS&T has received reports that community members using the UC-One Communicator iOS mobile app (an app used to make/receive calls from MIT phone numbers on iOS devices) are experiencing trouble with authentication and call connection. We are investigating these reports and will provide additional information as we learn more.
While the iOS mobile app is being addressed, members of the community have the option to download and install the UC-One Communicator app on other devices at https://ist.mit.edu/broadsoft/communicator

Monitoring - Zoom has implemented a fix that has restored access to the Zoom web application (https://mit.zoom.us) via Touchstone single sign-on. IS&T will continue to monitor this issue prior to resolving. Once Zoom has provided a Reason for Outage (RFO) report, IS&T will post additional detail related to the outage.

Investigating - IS&T has identified an issue between the Zoom web application (https://mit.zoom.us) and our Touchstone Single Sign-on login. The issue prevents an MIT user from logging into the Zoom web interface. The Zoom desktop client and the ability to attend an existing Zoom meeting do not appear to be impacted.
We are actively investigating this issue and will update you once the issue has been resolved.

Monitoring - IS&T has determined that the Cisco AnyConnect VPN service has reached the limits of its hardware capacity. VPN users are advised to begin using MIT's new Prisma Access VPN service.
IS&T will begin retiring the Cisco AnyConnect service this summer. Further announcements will be made as the schedule is finalized.

Investigating - IS&T is aware of some users experiencing problems establishing a session to the MIT Remote Access VPN (Cisco/AnyConnect) after authentication.
Note: Users can use the new (beta) Prisma Access VPN service while IS&T investigates if they are among those experiencing the issue.
