The vendor has identified the issue and has scheduled a maintenance window overnight this evening. Updates will be posted when available.

If you have not changed your data warehouse account password in the past year, your password expired on August 2, 2021 (if you have, the expiration will occur 1 year after you set it). In order to avoid an interruption in service, please visit the Warehouse change password site (https://warehouse-web.mit.edu/cgi-bin/change_pw.cgi) and change your password.

Update - The legacy Cisco (AnyConnect) Remote Access VPN solution will be decommissioned on November 11, 2021.
Users will no longer be able to login to the Cisco VPN after this date. All users should use the Prisma Access (GlobalProtect) VPN for remote access to MITnet. - https://ist.mit.edu/vpn

Monitoring - IS&T has determined that the Cisco AnyConnect VPN service has reached the limits of its hardware capacity. VPN users are advised to begin using MIT's new Prisma Access VPN service.
Monitoring - The vendor has confirmed the issue with the iOS version of UC-One Communicator. Community members wishing to use softphone capabilities are advised to use macOS, Windows, or Android versions of UC-One Communicator on another device as a workaround: https://ist.mit.edu/broadsoft/communicator

Investigating - IS&T has received reports that community members using the UC-One Communicator iOS mobile app (an app used to make/receive calls from MIT phone numbers on iOS devices) are experiencing trouble with authentication and call connection. We are investigating these reports and will provide additional information as we learn more.
While the iOS mobile app is being addressed, members of the community have the option to download and install the UC-One Communicator app on other devices at https://ist.mit.edu/broadsoft/communicator

The TSM server oc11-bk-ent-1 will undergo maintenance. If all goes well, the work will take around 10 hours. During the outage IS&T will upgrade the operating system (OS) on oc11-bk-ent-1. Please note that during the upgrade backups to and restores from oc11-bk-ent-1 will be unavailable. This work will not affect other TSM servers, or desktop backups made via Code42/Crashplan.

Adobe has confirmed the email was the unintended result of an administrative change. MIT access to licensed Adobe Creative Cloud products remains unaffected. This incident is resolved.

IS&T has received reports from community members who received an email from Adobe saying, "You no longer have access to All Apps." Preliminary investigation shows access to MIT's licensed Adobe products has not been disrupted. If your access to MIT's Adobe Creative Cloud license has been interrupted, contact email@example.com. If your access has not been interrupted, disregard the email.
